The groups are going to continue, on a self help basis. So I will leave this blog in place so that groups can access all the old work as a resource......

Outing to Carole's Garden.....
The Wednesday and Monday art group has been invited to Carole’s garden next Wednesday, 13 July, usual time. The address is Old Farmhouse, Banningham Road, Ingworth. NR11 7DN. If you came to Ingworth Church last year, or possibly the year before, its further up the same narrow lane. You can park on the drive or either side of the verge just outside. Carole will leave her blue car there so you can spot the house. Please bring a chair and your own refreshments. Carole says there isn't much shade, so be prepared. If anyone will still go the the hall on Wednesday that is fine, and if you don’t know how to get in please let us know so we can let you have the no. for entry.
The house is an attractive Norfolk farm house, the garden delightful, (with no weeds!) and there are old farm buildings too, so lots of visual stuff to choose from.Friday, 1 July 2022

Outing to How Hill......
On Wednesday 29 June I'm going to How Hill at Ludham. Meet me in the carpark 10-10.15 and I'll show you where the Secret Garden is, Toad Cottage, the loo, woodland, the river Ant, the wherry Harthor, ice cream shop.......and so on. Bring lunch, even a friend, and a drink and everything you need for drawing and painting, a chair, sun hat, thermal underwear etc. you know the drill. It is all free, though they would like a donation at the Secret Garden. I'll probably go home about 3.30 but of course you can stay as long, or short, as you choose. I suggest you team up with each other to carshare.
Go through Horning, then over Ludham Bridge with boatyard to your right and shop to your left. Continue for about a mile, from the bridge, towards Ludham, turn left onto small lane at kink in the road, signed How Hill. Continue along windy lane, follow signs, turn into grassy carpark to your left, about a mile from where you turned off at the kink in the road. If you get to Ludham you've gone about a mile too far.
There's a good chance that someone will be at the hall in Marsham on Wednesday if you want to go there as usual. We will email with any information.
Here are some photos of How Hill I took about a month ago....
Any queries, just email me.....

Next Wednesday we suggest a session in my garden in Cawston, 10-12.30, free obviously, all welcome if you attend either group, or have done in the past. Please bring a chair and your own refreshments. This is just a casual drawing, painting session. If you don't know where my house is please ring me or email....
If the weather is wet we will go to Marsham anyway.
