Summer School at Eves Hill.......

Do you remember the Summer School at Eves Hill, our local Community Market Garden?
Well there is an Open Day there on Saturday 27th April, 10-2. Free of course, and a good opportunity to see work in progress (lots of seed sowing), enjoy a talk on Bees, ask any questions and perhaps sign up for a veg or salad bag when production is in full swing, which should be mid May....

If you are interested in fresh well grown local vegetables try the Eves Hill not for profit Market Garden website, do it now!
On a Tuesday you get an email to ask if you want the produce which will be ready that week, let them know by the end of Wednesday and then pick up from your nearest pick up point on Thursday or Friday. Last week I had curley kale, spring onions, water cress and mixed salad.....
